abv8 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using This Platform

To register an account and use any service on abv8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had a previous account suspended or terminated for breach.
• You are aware of and acknowledge the financial risks associated with online gambling and accept that you may lose funds deposited.
• The use of this Platform is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

abv8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentary evidence including government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

Each eligible individual may hold only one account on abv8. When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information whenever any detail changes. abv8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts, and any winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that is registered in your own name.
• You must choose a unique username that does not impersonate another person or entity.
• You must select a strong password and not share it with any other person. abv8 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not.

You must take reasonable precautions to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abv8 immediately at [email protected]. abv8 cannot be held liable for any losses suffered as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. abv8 currently supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players:

• bKash — mobile financial service. Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service. Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Additional local bank transfer methods as listed on the deposit page from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• abv8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary but abv8 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval.

abv8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only. One bonus per household, per device, per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• abv8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus systems — including coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and may result in account closure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on abv8. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently banned with all balances forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering or operating more than one account on abv8, whether in your own name or under another identity.
• Using funds sourced from illegal activities or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account, or accessing or using another player's account.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform to gain a financial advantage.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gambling activity.

abv8 reserves the right to report any suspected criminal conduct to the relevant authorities. Any winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be considered void and will not be paid out.
